TennisFans Club Sweepstakes Official Rules

2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on December 30, 2025 at 12:59 AM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 13 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of TennisFans Club, and any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or promotion partners (including Head, Wilson, and Babolat) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter the Sweepstakes:

Complete the entry form with your valid email address and required information.
Submit your entry.
Limit one entry per person/email. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Number of Winners: 3

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $105.47
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the discretion of TennisFans Club. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Draw Date: January 5, 2026
Time Announced: 3:00 PM Central Time
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winners will be notified via the email provided in their entry within 5 business days of the draw.
Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond or provide verification of eligibility may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
TennisFans Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Decisions of TennisFans Club regarding all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final and binding.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
TennisFans Club, and its affiliates, are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or any technical malfunctions or failures. By participating, entrants release TennisFans Club and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
